Counselling and Psychotherapy

About Me
I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist, registered with both the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the National Counselling Society (NCS).
My training is primarily rooted in the person-centred approach, which means I offer a therapeutic space that supports client-led growth and change. I believe each individual holds the potential for healing, and my role is to walk alongside you — offering empathy, presence, and support without judgement.
I work with clients across the lifespan who are navigating a wide range of emotional and life challenges.

How I Work
Starting therapy can feel like a vulnerable step, so I aim to co-create sessions that feel safe, respectful, and at your pace. Through a relationship grounded in confidentiality, empathy, and trust, we can begin to explore your past and present — creating space for the future you want to build.
I believe the quality of the therapeutic relationship is central to positive outcomes in therapy. That’s why I offer a free 30-minute consultation to explore your needs, goals, and whether working together feels like the right fit. If I’m not the right therapist for you, I’m happy to offer guidance and referrals to other professionals.

Remote Counselling
I have extensive experience offering online and phone therapy and currently provide sessions remotely via Zoom, Skype, FaceTime, or another secure platform that suits your needs.
