Counselling and Psychotherapy
I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist registered with both the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and the National Counselling Society. My training has been primarily person-centred, which means I aim to provide a therapeutic space for client’s which facilitates client led change and growth. I see clients across the lifespan presenting with a range of life challenges and experiences and have specialised experience in working with trauma and loss.

Starting the counselling process can feel challenging and so I will work with you to co-create sessions that feel comfortable for you. Through therapy that is confidential, trusting and empathic you can develop and explore your past and present to be able to develop the future you want.
I believe the counselling relationship is critical to experiencing positive growth from therapy. Therefore, I offer a 30 minute free consultation prior to paid sessions in order to explore your needs and wants. If I am not the right therapist for you I would be happy to provide details for other counselling professionals.

I am experienced in providing online and phone counselling via platforms such as Zoom, Skype and Facetime. During this time all sessions are being offered remotely on a platform that suits the client’s needs.
