ABOUT ME
I offer both 1 to 1 therapy sessions and private yoga classes. Therapy is a confidential and compassionate space for you to be able to explore your challenges and experiences. I am a qualified and registered (BACP and NCS) Psychotherapeutic Counsellor working within the humanistic approach to psychotherapy. This means I believe in the human potential to grow through even the most difficult and challenging life experiences.
I am passionate about the use of creativity and human connection to promote inner reflection and growth. I believe that creativity, in all its forms, reminds us of our connection with the world. Creativity and therapy can help us communicate seemingly unmanageable or overwhelming experiences that happen in life.

Creativity gives expression to the indescribable and hardest parts of the human experience.

I have been practicing yoga, meditation and mindfulness for over 10 years. Yogic movement, meditation and mindfulness enable a mind and body connection to healing and growing from difficult life events. I have found endless benefits from establishing a yoga practice within my life, which has inspired me to commit to continual development in psychotherapy, yoga and breathwork.
My holistic services can work together in a complimentary way as well as be broken down to suit your personal wants and needs.
I look forward to helping you explore your personal journey.
